Good reasons for us to invite you as our guest to a yoga session with Marianne in the relaxation room of the COCOON Spa, depending on the weekly programme.
She has developed an effective 60-minute program of vinyasa and hatha yoga that is suitable for beginners and advanced students alike. Participation is free, the number of participants is limited to 8 persons. There are also other attractive activities with a portion of yoga. So you can practice the sun salutation e.g. at the mountain breakfast with Marianne in the wild.
