Take part in several hikes per week—guided by experienced companions or on your own with the Herbie hiking bus. With meaningful insights and input about the region, herbs, and culture, it’s twice as much fun, because every step becomes a little journey of discovery.
Our guided e-bike tours take place three times a week. They are the perfect way to experience the region in an active and relaxed manner. The appropriate e-bikes are available directly from our partner Intersport Kerschbaumer in Alpendorf (within walking distance), naturally at an exclusive partner price.
If the hikes are not enough for you, yoga is available daily and Pilates several times a week. Sometimes flowing, sometimes powerful, sometimes completely still – always a soothing balance that strengthens both body and mind and gives you a new sense of lightness. At the beginning of fall, we are expanding our range to include Reformer Pilates, which can be booked in the weekly program for an additional charge.

Start your day relaxed with our late riser breakfast until 11 a.m., enjoy a selection of delicious cakes in the afternoon, and let us spoil you in the evening with our Sonnhof culinary experience – up to 5 courses with choices to suit your taste. In addition to Sonnhof cuisine, the pool and snack menu offers delicious snacks and refreshing drinks – perfect for a little treat in between meals.
Just arrive, immerse yourself, and unwind. At Cocoon Spa, you will find an indoor and outdoor pool (heated year-round), a new onsen pool with a temperature of 38–40 °C, extra-comfortable daybeds, and four relaxation areas – from a panoramic relaxation room to a quiet waterbed space. In the sauna world: Finnish sauna with infusions, organic herb sauna, brine steam bath, and infrared loungers. Outside: XXL garden with sunbathing lawn and mountain views.
