Workshop insight: The spruce is a valuable healing tree: its needles help with colds and breathing difficulties, while its resin has an antibacterial effect and is used to treat wounds and inflammation. In our workshop, you will learn how to harness the healing power of the spruce. You will make your own resin ointment and receive a jar to take home with you.

All our retreat workshops take place at the Zederberghof “Nature & Paradise.” The Zederberghof is located 15 minutes’ walk from the Sonnhof on a hill with a sweeping view over the valley. Workshop participants who do not wish to walk can use our free shuttle service at any time.
